PHOTOGRAPHY BOOKING CONTRACT
This Agreement is between___________(hereinafter “Location Owner”) and
_(hereinafter referred to as the “CLIENT”)

  1. Scope of the Work
    This Contract is for services and products related to booking of photography location to take
    place at the following time and place.
    PHOTOGRAPHY is to take place at __(location) on __(date) from
    _(time)
  2. Fees
    In consideration for the location services provided by LOCATION OWNER, CLIENT agrees to pay
    the sum of _, CLIENT agrees to pay the location owner an initial payment totaling
    50% of the total price of the booking as a deposit. LOCATION OWNER agrees to not advertise
    availability of booked shooting location to other potential clients.
    The balance of the payment for location services will be paid in full after the SHOOT is done.
  3. Work Product
    LOCATION OWNER will ensure the location book is free at the booked time and suitable for the
    shoot.
  4. Indemnification
    If the Location Owner is unable to perform the services in this contract due to any cause
    outside his/her control, client agrees to indemnify Location Owner for any loss or liability;
    HOWEVER, Location Owner will return in full all payments made by the Client to Location
    Owner in relation to the SHOOT.
  5. Duty of Client

CLIENT will ensure that s/he attends the shoot day promptly as booked. Any delay should be
notified in time to the Location Owner.

  1. Entirety
    This Contract represents the entire agreement between the two parties and supersedes any
    previous written or oral agreements. No change, alteration, modification and or addition to this
    Agreement shall be effective unless in writing, properly executed by the parties hereto.
  2. Disputes
    Except as otherwise specifically agreed in writing by both Parties, any dispute relating to any
    rights and obligations arising in this Agreement which is not resolved by the parties shall be
    adjudicated upon by any court of competent jurisdiction.
  3. Governing Law
    This Agreement and its interpretation shall be governed by the laws of __(STATE,
    PROVINCE OR TERRITORY)
