PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
PAYMENT
Randall Rosedale Consulting and Solutions LLC offers credit repair services as well as the sale of a DIY e-book. The DIY e-book costs $ 97; a one-time charge. For repair services, the client will be required to make an initial payment of $ 97 and $ 97 monthly.
REFUND
All DIY e-book sales are final hence there is no refund. For credit repair, the client can cancel at any time; no annual subscription.
We may refund to Clients irrespective of whether a Client has requested funds to be refunded if:
- We are required by law or consider that we are required by law to do so.
- We determine that refunding funds will avoid any dispute or increase our costs.
- We discover that the amount advanced to us was done so fraudulently.
- The User made a duplicate payment in error.
- We consider, in our sole opinion, that it is likely that the refund of funds is necessary to avoid a credit card chargeback.
