To All Employees,
We wish to inform you of some changes that have been made in the employment terms, effective
July 15, 2022. The changes are those as listed below:
1. You may choose to become an hourly paid employee. As an hourly employee, you will
be paid for a maximum of 25 physical hours per week that you have logged and
approved. You will be responsible for your own travel and other expenses but may
submit for reimbursement if travel should extend over 100 miles for an event. You shall
also not be eligible for overtime, holiday, or sick leave. The standards and expectations of
this position will be documented in an additional document.
2. You may choose to become a lead instructor and be paid ______ per class taught. This
position is considered a contractual position and you will be responsible for completing a
1099 tax filing at the end of the year.
3. Per the original agreement, you may resign from any position with the Stables Studios
LLC with a 14 day written notice.
You must make a decision by June 15, 2022.
We hope all the employees will adhere to these changes as they have adhered to the previously
