Under Maryland Code, Criminal Law Section 7-104(a), it is illegal for an individual to
intentionally or knowingly acquire or exert control over property without permission
when the individual intentionally or knowingly conceals, uses, or abandons the
property in such a way that the property owner is deprived of the property.
ABC is the property of Ambazonia Interim Government, and you have no official
obligation or written authority or permission to keep the abovementioned equipment.
We hereby write to request you surrender the custody of the pieces of equipment to
the rightful owners, Ambazonia Interim Government (ABC), within the next seven (7)
business working days, failure of which we shall take any legal actions available to
recover the pieces of equipment including charging you with the offense of theft of
property punishable under the law.
