LOAN AGREEMENT
This Loan Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of January 14, 2021, by and between Allan B. Russell (the “loanee”), and Dr. Austin Hazlewood (the “loaner”). All parties agree to the terms of this agreement.
Terms of this Agreement
The loaner confers a loan of $2,000 to the loanee due to be returned within 90 days of this agreement’s signing.
The loaner shall also receive 8% of any profits from the song “Hide Me Beneath Your Wings.”
This loan agreement is a lifetime agreement.
If the investment does not bring any profits within 90 days, this agreement shall be terminated, and the loanee shall refund 50% of the principal amount to the investor.
Any disputes shall be resolved via litigation using Georgia Contract Law.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire contract between the parties. All terms and conditions contained in any other writings previously executed by the parties regarding the matters contemplated herein shall be deemed to be merged herein and superseded hereby. No modification of this Agreement shall be deemed effective unless in writing and signed by the parties hereto.
