This proposal covers the job description of a full time or part time position of a Sales Representative.

  • Obligations of a Sales Rep
  • Report to the CEO when required at all times.
  • Help the Company to provide the most innovative and cutting edge solutions to the customers in regards to their businesses.
  • Help customers grow their businesses to increase their profits.
  • Generate leads that are helpful for the Company and the Customers to thrive in business
  • Define sales process
  • Reach and/ or exceed yearly sales goals.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
  • Help in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Monitor sales presentations
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understand and promote company programs.
  • Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
  • Continue communicating with clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintain client records.
  • Answer questions from clients about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
