FINANCIAL ADVISOR AGREEMENT.
This Agreement is entered on ______________ between Wealth.Coach (hereinafter
referred to as the “Advisor”) and _______________________ (hereinafter referred to
as the “Client”). Together referred to as the “parties”.
WHEREAS, the parties herein agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions; –
1. Services.
The Advisor shall run/hold a 12-month mastermind course for financial advisors.
2. Signing Up.
The clients will sign up for the course on the Advisor’s website: https://wealth.coach
and provide all the requested information.
3. Payment.
The Client shall have three options for payment; –
i. Month to month with no guarantee for $2,000 per month
ii. Month to month with a guarantee if you stay in all 12 months for $2,000 per
month
iii. One-time payment of $20,000 with a money-back guarantee.
4. Guarantee.
Parties herein agree that to get a guarantee, the client has to do everything the
advisor tells them to do, and have to fully participate in the ongoing accountability
exercises.
The Advisor guarantees that if the client does his/her basic activities and embraces
the messaging that he will teach you, the Advisor guarantees the client will bring in
$50 million of net new assets over the course of the next 12 months and if it does
not, the Advisor will give you the money back. That is 10x your investment which will
be completely tax deductible.
5. Verification.
The Advisor will have the ability and right to verify the clients and the information
supplied.
6. Benefits and Obligations.
The client shall get Leverage technology to get accredited investors or higher to
identify themselves and schedule a call to talk to the Advisor instead of the Advisor
chasing the client.
The Client shall have a contact plan to get half of the Advisor’s time back.
There shall be a Monthly marketing letter to send to existing and prospective clients.
The clients will have Compliance-approved material that will enable the client to
identify $20 million+ net new assets a month.
The clients shall have Access to Dana’s alts platform.
The client shall be entitled to a Weekly call with Dana and his network of industry
professionals.
The client will have access to 3 networking events per year.
7. Confidentiality.
During the performance of this Agreement, the client shall have access to the
Advisor’s confidential information, which shall not be shared with any third parties
without prior written consent.
8. Dispute Resolution.
If there arises any conflict or dispute during the performance of this Agreement, the
same shall be negotiated between the parties amicably. If the same fails, the
disagreement or dispute shall be referred to a neutral arbitrator whose final decision
will be binding upon the parties.
9. Governing Law.
The provisions of this Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance
with the laws of __________.
10. Assignment.
The terms, duties, and obligations of this agreement shall not be assigned to any
third party without the prior written consent of the other party.
11. Entire Agreement.
This Agreement contains the complete and entire Agreement of both
parties. There are no other promises or conditions, oral or written, outside
of what is contained herein in this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes
any prior written or oral agreements between both parties.
12. Severability.
Should any provision contained within this Agreement be deemed invalid
or unenforceable, in part or whole, such invalidity or unenforceability will
attach only to the particular provision or portion of this Agreement. In
contrast, the remaining aspects of the said provision and all other
provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
