DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO STRIKE PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY
NOW COMES Syeda Pervin, Defendant, and files this Motion to Strike Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Discovery, and for cause avers that Plaintiff has not demonstrated the legal basis for her Motion. Defendant has also answered all discovery requests made by Plaintiff. All of Plaintiff’s discovery requests and interrogatory questions have been the same, only worded differently. The discovery requests fronted by Plaintiff in her Motion to Compel Discovery are outside the scope of this case. The Motion to Compel Discovery amounts to a waste of the court’s time and derails the delivery of justice.
REASONS WHEREFORE, Defendant respects this Court to STRIKE Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Discovery.
