CREDIT REPAIR AGREEMENT
This Credit Repair Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered
into on this ________ day of _______ 2022. Between __________ (hereinafter
referred to as the “Company”) and ___________________ (hereinafter referred to as
the “Client”). Together referred to as the “parties.”
WHEREAS parties have agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions; –
1. Services.
The parties herein agree that the Company shall provide the following services; –
i. Credit advising.
ii. ……………………………..
iii. ……………………………..
2. Payments.
Parties herein agree that the Client has _____ days to pay _______ to the Company
for the services rendered.
Parties agree that the Company will add a ______ late fee every time a payment is
late.
3. Refund.
The parties agree that there will be no refunds on digital products such as
educational eBooks.
4. Terms.
The parties agree to the following; –
i. The Client may not apply for new credit unless authorized by the Company to
do so.
ii. The Client is required to keep credit monitoring services throughout the
Company’s repair process.
5. Termination.
This Agreement may be terminated at any time by the Client. The company may
terminate the services if the client does not pay the agreed amount for the services.
6. Governing Law.
This agreement may be construed by and in accordance with the laws of the state of
Massachusetts.
7. Dispute Resolution.
In any dispute between the parties, the same shall be referred to a mediator who
shall try to resolve the dispute amicably, failure of which shall be referred to
arbitration, whose decision shall be final and binding.
Parties shall cater for their costs.
8. Consents.
The Client herein consents to the following; –
i. To obtain a copy of their credit report and provide it to the Company to get the
credit advice.
ii. To provide proof of their ID, Social Security Number, and Mailing Address as
required by the CRA to validate their identity.
9. Amendment.
Either party may amend the terms herein by reducing the same into writing and
signed by both parties to be binding.
10. Entire Agreement.
This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties herein and
supersedes any prior written or oral Agreement, promises, or negotiations.
11. Severability.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the same
shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
