CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
This Consultant Agreement is made on this ____________________ between
___________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”) and
_____________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). Together referred
to as parties.
Whereas the Consultant and the Client have agreed to be mutually bound by the
following terms of the Contract; –
1. Services.
The Consultant shall provide the service of finding jobs and/or work for the Client at
an agreed price described below.
2. Term.
The Agreement between the parties shall be for one (1) year, subject to renewal,
which shall be yearly either on amended or similar terms as agreed between the
parties herein.
3. Compensation.
In consideration of the services being provided to the Client, the Consultant shall be
entitled to receive a 7% share of the agreed income/salary of the Client for the 1 st
year.
The payment of the above-stated compensation shall be made once the services
have been finalized and delivered.
4. Confidentiality.
The Client herein acknowledges that during the performance of the duties and
responsibilities listed in this agreement, they will come across confidential
information and agree not to disclose or share with any third parties not privy to this
agreement without prior written consent from the Consultant.
The Client agrees and acknowledges not to contact any of the Consultant’s contacts
or companies that it is affiliated with or the consultant’s virtual assistants.
The Client agrees to the term mentioned above, and failure to comply or breach
thereof shall terminate the agreement immediately.
5. Termination.
The Consultant can terminate this agreement anytime without any notice to the
Client.
The Client can terminate the terms herein by issuing a written notice to the
Consultant and has the right to cancel this agreement after six months.
6. Dispute Resolution.
If there arises any conflict or dispute during the performance of this agreement, the
same shall be negotiated between the parties amicable. If the same fails, the
disagreement or dispute shall be referred to a neutral arbitrator whose final decision
will be binding upon the parties.
7. Governing Law.
The provisions of this agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance
with the laws of Florida.
8. Severability.
Suppose a provision or term in this agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable
by a court of law. In that case, the same shall be severed from this agreement, and
the remaining provision shall continue to be in effect and binding upon the parties.
9. Waiver
The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be
construed as a waiver or limitation of that party’s right to subsequently enforce and
compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.
10. Assignment.
The parties shall not assign the duties and responsibilities under this Agreement to
any third parties.
11. Entire Agreement.
The terms of this agreement reflect the complete agreement between the parties
herein and supersede any prior oral or written negotiations or promises.
12. Binding Effect
This Agreement shall bind the parties, their respective successors, and permitted
assigns.
