CHILD SUPPORT AGREEMENT 

 

THIS CHILD SUPPORT AGREEMENT (herein “This Agreement”) is made and entered into as of ………… [DATE], by and between [MOTHER’S NAME], residing at [ADDRESS] (“herein Mother”), and [FATHER’S NAME], residing at [ADDRESS] (“herein Father”).

 

WHEREAS, the Parties began living together on [DATE]; and

 

WHEREAS, [CHILD] was born of the union as of [DATE]; and

 

WHEREAS, the Parties decided to co parent separately as of [DATE]; and

 

WHEREAS, the father wishes to set forth an out of court agreement with the mother in respect to child support of [CHILD’S NAME];

 

Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing, and the mutual covenants contained herein, Mother and Father mutually agree to the following:

Custody

In regards to custody, both parties have agreed that the mother shall maintain the custody of the child unless agreed otherwise by both parties in writing. 

Agreement of payment  

The father of the child voluntarily agrees to pay [AMOUNT TO BE PAID] weekly to the mother of the child in regards to child support as from 18th September, 2020. The amount quoted above is intended to cater for the needs of the child.

Entire agreement 

This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the Parties related to its subject matter. Any modification or change to this Agreement must be in written form and duly signed by both Parties. This Agreement shall be binding on the Parties.

In the event where the court has to be involved in this matter, this Agreement shall be taken into consideration before the court.
