This letter is in response to your letter dated July 12, 2023. In the letter, you expressed your concern that I did not respond to your First Set of Interrogatories and First Request for Production of Documents. You further issued a warning that you shall file a motion to compel me to respond to the discovery requests, and that I would be sanctioned for failing to respond.
I have gone through the requests you made in the discovery requests. However, please note that for me to get all the information you requested, I will need all your client’s documents. I need the documents to ascertain the accurate facts and numbers before I can give you any information, if any information needs to be revealed at all.
I therefore request you send me all documents that your client relies on, and/or intends to rely on in the proceedings of the case, for the foresaid reasons.
