BARTENDER AGREEMENT.
This Bartender Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered on this ____ day of _____ 2021 (the “Effective Date”), between _____________, Contact Info: _______________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and __________, Contact Info: ___________, (herein referred to as the “Bartender”).
NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties hereto, the Parties covenant and agree as follows:
- TERM.
The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period ______ [Days/Weeks/Months/Years] commencing on the Effective Date herein.
- SCOPE.
- The Bartender has signed up on the Company’s App to get tips through third party Apps from the Company’s user. The Bartender acknowledges that the Company does not guarantee any tips from signing up on the Company’s App.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for issuing arising from any payments or received through Venmo or CashApp.
- The Bartender understands the Company does not require members to make any purchases outside the membership.
- REVENUES.
The Bartender acknowledges that the Company does not guarantee that there shall be any revenue from the members, and that all purchases and/or tips shall be completely voluntary.
- MODIFICATION.
This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the parties related to the subject matter hereof. No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties hereto.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.
In the event of issues arising regarding the execution of this Agreement, the Parties shall resolve them through arbitration before filing lawsuits. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ________________ [State/Country]. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in _______________ [State/Country].
