ART/ANIMATION AGREEMENT.

This Art/Animation Agreement also referred to as the Royalties Agreement
(hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered on this _ day of 2021 (the “Effective Date”), between Chad Knight, Contact Info __
(hereinafter referred to as the “Artist”), _, Contact Info Barton DAMER
(hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”), and ____, Contact Info
_______ (hereinafter referred to as the “Animator”).
NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the
Parties hereto, the Parties covenant and agree as follows:

  1. TERM.
    The initial term of this Agreement shall be indefinite, commencing on the Effective
    Date herein.
  2. CONDITION
    2.1. The Animator and the Studio having rendered their services to the Artist
    herein, and having been compensated for their services, hereby acknowledges
    that they forfeit all and any rights to the royalties relating to the sale/auction
    of the art piece Rose Gold.
    2.2. The Animator and the Studio shall not claim any further compensation
    for their services in the Rose Gold art piece, including but not limited to
    royalties, interest, and/or profits from the sale/auction of the art piece.
    2.3. The Animator and the Studio understand that this Agreement shall apply
    on the art piece Rose Gold and any and all artwork by the Artist that they
    participate in.
    2.4. The Animator and the Studio shall not claim any proprietary rights
    and/or copyrights over the Artist’s artwork that they assist on.
  3. MODIFICATION, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.
    3.1. This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the Partners
    relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior
    agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the parties related to

the subject matter hereof. No modification of this Agreement shall be valid
unless made in writing and signed by both Partners hereto.
3.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of [State/Country]. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be
in __ [State/Country.
3.3. Each party represents and warrants to the other that such party has
acted in good faith, and agrees to continue to so act, in the negotiation,
execution, delivery, performance, and any termination of this Agreement.
