Amendment to answer and counter complaint. answered law suite as pro se litigants last minute so as not to have a default. want to amend the pleadings to assure we can overcome attempt to strike. want to make sure we used the right defenses. that our counter complaint was plead properly. that we used the proper formatting included the proper evidence or if we gave too much info in our allegations. we have tons of evidence on our claims. this is about a 30 page document plus exhibits. we have what we believe to be the corrections for the answer it may need a little work but want someone to review it along with our defenses and counterclaim and to make the necessary changes., Are these issues you can handle. if so please notify me as to estimated time to complete, what you will need and estimate rate thank you this is a florid case I included the complaint our orig answer. as well as the amendment we are working on,
