AGREEMENT TO RENT PREMISES

BETWEEN
- MARISA RAVEL, of {address} ………….………. who is the owner of the premises located at7600 Melrose Avenue, West Hollywood, CA 90046. He/she shall hereinafter be referred to as “LESSOR”
AND
- ………………….…………………… of {Address} ………………………… hereinafter referred to as “THE LESSEE”
NOW THESE TERMS ARE AGREED UPON BY THE PARTIES:
- The Lessor hereby enters into an agreement with the Lessee for the purpose of the Lessee using the premises located at 7600 Melrose Avenue, West Hollywood, CA 90046 on 26th January 2019.
- The Lessee shall use the said premises to host a pop-up shop for L.A. Undrafted Clothing LLC.
- In hosting the said event, the price per hour shall be USD 75, whereby the event shall be held for 8 hours, which hours are inclusive of set up and break down of props. The total amount payable shall be USD 675.
- For the Lessor to grant full access and consent to use the aforementioned premises, the lessee shall pay a non-refundable security deposit of USD 75, which shall be payable by way of (cash, bank transfer….etc)
- During the event, t-shirts, sweatshirts and hats will be sold at this location with the full consent of the parties herein.
- L.A Undrafted Clothing LLC shall provide liability insurance throughout the event and shall indemnify the lessor in the event of any instance requiring such indemnity.
- In regard to space rules, cancellation and security deposit, the parties herein shall be guided by the policies set out in www.splacer.com. The parties herein shall undertake due diligence to familiarize themselves with the terms set out therein.
- This Agreement shall commence upon the date of full execution by all parties and expire when the terms of this contract have lapsed or when the parties shall agree.
- The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties herein.
- Any party shall be at liberty to terminate this Agreement subject to giving sufficient notice of ……… (days/month(s), making all payments on outstanding arrears and making all logical arrangements that are required in the nature of the business the parties herein are engaged in.
- This Agreement contains the whole understanding between the parties herein and supersedes all previous contracts (if any) whether written or oral between the parties in respect of such matters.
