Our marriage has become insupportable because we fell out of love. I work in the military and apparently, the military life was too much for him because I am active duty. I go in deployments where I get stationed away from the home State.
There is no reasonable expectation for us reconsidering our marriage.
Since our separation, I could not get into any contact with my spouse. He did not show up to the mediation and we could not locate him since he lives in CT and I am stationed at Shaw AFB SC.
There was no child born during the marriage.
We did not adopt any child. And I am not expecting any child at the moment.
There were no court-ordered conservatorships, guardianships, or other court-ordered relationships affecting any children before this divorce proceeding.
My spouse and I both have our own separate accounts/property.
I think that this agreement is fair and equitable to both my spouse and me.
I am asking this court to grant a divorce.
