I refer to the above matter.
On the ………… day of ……., my company carried out landscaping and gardening duties for your property for which you were meant to pay $6,000 USD for the work done, in accordance to the email agreements exchanged between my company and yours.
Whereas my company entirely fulfilled our obligations and did a proper landscaping job, you have neglected, refused and/or ignored to pay the outstanding amount in spite of the numerous times that we have reminded you to clear the amount.
Noting that your conduct indicates that you are unwilling to clear the amount and we may be prejudiced to that end, we hereby give you SEVEN (7)DAYS notice to fully clear the outstanding amount, failure to which we have unequivocally resolved to institute a suit against you in the Small Claims Court seeking the entire amount owed to us, interest thereon and costs of the suit amongst any orders that the court shall give.
TAKE NOTICE that unless you fully settle the amount owed to my company in the sum of $6000 USD within 7 days of today’s date, we shall proceed to file a lawsuit against you in the aforementioned court.
Treat this letter as a notice of intention to sue.
