We are a forex copy trading Company that operates online through our website www.frameworkfx.com. We are trading in currency, commodities, indices and many other forex avenues in many countries. We have developed an easy to access, use and operate online trading platform for our clients, we provide real time tradable BID-ASK tradable prices by collecting information sourced through independent price providers, relevant exchange and interbank participants who normally supply liquidity and information to the global forex market.
- TRADING ACCOUNT.
You need to open and maintain an active account in order to trade on our platform. Each client is required to operate an account and we shall ask you what account you wish to open from the range of accounts we provide.
We require personal information such as proof of ID, a clear copy of you driving license, national ID card or your international passport. We also need your address, bank statement, and phone number or email address.
You shall be required to have a password and username to access your account. You are responsible to ensure that no 3rd Party knows your password or username.
You shall be required to add money into your account in order to initiate copying. You can copy any number of times, stop trades and set options how the volume of your investment will be calculated and paid to you.
- FEES/CHARGES.
You shall pay a monthly fees of 100.00 Euros to access and use or services.
- DISCLAIMER/INDEMNITY/WARRANTY.
Please note that there no certainties or guaranteed outcomes in trading and the Company does not guarantee your success. The Company only guides you on how to trade your capital but you shall take full responsibility of you capital and the outcome of trading. The Company shall not be held responsible, financially or otherwise, for any losses made during trading. You acknowledge the risks involved in trading and agree to find the Company blameless and/or indemnify the Company against any losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law and statutory warranties below, the Company does not make any warranty or representation of any kind regarding this website, our services and/or the materials provided on the site all of which are provided on an ‘as is’ basis.
