FEATURED ARTIST PROGRAM AGREEMENT
THIS FEATURED ARTIST PROGRAM AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and
entered into this day of this ___________day of________________,20 ________(the
“Effective Date”).
BETWEEN
1. My Southern Tactical, of {address}________________________hereinafter be
referred to as (“MST”) of the first part;
AND
2. [ARTIST’S FULL NAMES] of {address}________________________hereinafter
referred to as (the “ARTIST”) of the second part.
Collectively MST and ARTIST shall be known as “PARTY” and “PARTIES.”
WHEREAS;
1. MST owns a Website (the “Website”) where it will feature Artist’s Artwork (the
“Artwork”) for sale;
2. Artist is desirous of submitting its Artwork to MST for a feature and sale of the
Artwork.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the agreements contained in this Featured
Artist Program Agreement, the Parties, intending to be legally bound, agree as
follows:
PURPOSE:
1. The purpose of this Agreement is to outline guidelines which shall be legally
binding to Parties on the Featured Artist Program on MST’s Website.
ARTWORK SUBMISSION AND ACCEPTANCE:
2. Artist hereby agrees to submit its Artwork to MST’s Website to be printed on to
various Item(s) (the “Item(s)”).
3. Artist shall submit Artwork that is of its own production. Artist shall not provide
any copyrighted material(s) to MST for display and feature on MST’s Website.

4. MST has the right to deny any of Artist’s artwork that it shall deem
inappropriate.
COMPENSATION:
5. Artist shall be compensated by MST eight ($8.00) dollars (the “Amount”) per
Item sold with its Artwork on the Item.
6. The payouts shall be made at the end of every month via check.
7. The Amount owed to Artist by MST shall be computed using an excel sheet for
the previous month sales produced from the backend of the Website. Sales
spreadsheet shall be shared with the Artist at the end of every month.
NON-DISCLOSURE:
8. Artist hereby agrees that the shared sales spreadsheet shall solely be used for
cross-checking payouts and shall not be distributed and/or shared to any third-
party.
MARKETING AND PROMOTION:
9. Artist hereby agrees that Artwork which shall be featured on the MST Website
can and shall be used for marketing purposes by MST.
10. Artist may also promote its Artwork on any/ and all social media platforms or in
a way it prefers.
RIGHTS’ OWNERSHIP:
11. Artist shall own the rights to all Artwork uploaded on MST’s Website and credit
shall be given to Artist on Artwork Item(s) listing.
PRODUCTION FILES:
12. Artist shall be provided with production files by MST after this Agreement is
signed.
13. Sample printed products can be provided to Artist by MST on request.

TERM:
14. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall
continue in full force and effect unless a Party terminates it within seven (7)
days written notice.
15. Artist may upload new designs to Website at any point it wishes to. However,
existing Artwork design(s) shall only be removed from Website by MST at the
end of the said month.
INDEMNIFICATION:
16. The Artist and MST agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other from any
claim, damage, liability, loss, expense, arising out their failure to perform the
obligations set forth in this Agreement.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
17. All disputes or differences which shall at any time arise between the Parties
concerning any matter in relation to this Agreement shall be resolved amicably
through conciliation, negotiation or Arbitration.
GOVERNING LAW:
18. This Agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws of _________________without giving effect to its conflict of laws
principles.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
19. This contract represents the complete agreement between the Parties. As
such, any changes or modifications to the contract can only be made by a
mutual agreement of the Parties in writing.
IN WITNESS, the parties have executed this Featured Artist Program Agreement
in duplicate on the date and year first above written.
