RE: WITHDRAWING OF COMPLAINT
To whom it may concern,
This letter serves as a formal request for you to withdraw the complaint you filed against me at
Amazon.
On January 2, 2023, I received a Performance Notice from Amazon, notifying me that Amazon
was in receipt of a Temporary Restraining Order, following a Complaint you lodged against me.
You claimed that the items in my listing infringe your intellectual property rights. Amazon then
proceeded to remove some of my listings and placed the disbursements on my seller account on
hold.
On January 11, 2023, I received a communication from Amazon Seller Support, where Oswaldo
G informed me to communicate with you to resolve the dispute.
While I dispute your claims, I request you to withdraw the complaint you made to Amazon, as
we pursue legal means to settle the matter. Please note that I have liability insurance cover with
the State National Insurance Company, Inc (Policy No. NXTQWT47KW-00-GL). My insurance
cover is active and expires on August 28, 2023.
I have also made an application to the federal court to have the Temporary Restraining Order
removed, so that we may chart a way forward.
Please further note that the placing of my disbursements on hold has a drastic impact on my
business and livelihood, which necessitates the instant request.
I am looking forward to have my listings reinstated and my disbursements released.
Attached herein, please find a copy of the application I sent to the Court, and my insurance
documents.
