The influencer agrees and acknowledges that the Company provides many services to
other influencers, artists and companies, and has its own Intellectual Property in
regards to the tools, pipeline, software’s and digital assets that are used and the
influencer herein has no claim on any intellectual Property other than participation in
their Artistic work (Avatar) in a production. The influencer agrees and acknowledges
that they do not have any rights to the Company’s other revenue and monetization
productions/projects.
The Company does not warranty or guarantee a success in the production or project
and/or the generation of revenue. However, both the influencer and the company agree
to do their best in good faith to enthuse plans and promote the Avatar and artistic works.
