PAYMENT
All the complete rental payment is due at the time of booking.
CANCELATION
You agree that when you book a rental, you will not get a refund of the amount paid
once you decide to cancel the rental within two weeks of the booking. You can have
a credit for the paid value of the rental for six months.
INDEMNIFICATION
By using these services offered by us, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the
company from any claims, damages, liability, injury, or third-party claims arising from
your use of our services in terms of any misuse of the site, breach of the terms of
these terms or any violation of any law.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms of use shall be governed by the laws of the state of California.
ENFORCEMENT
Should any of the terms and conditions of service herein not be met, we shall have
the right to follow up on any of our outstanding arrears and/or fulfilment of obligations
through the Court of Law at your expense.
SUSPENSION/TERMINATION
In the event of any misbehavior or misuse of the services herein, the rental shall
terminate and the account terminated and or suspended for a period to be
determined and further payment for reinstitution as penalty.
MODIFICATION
We reserve the right to modify or change these terms from time to time for any
reason at our discretion without notice.
We shall notify you of any changes to these Terms by any reasonable means,
including but without limitation to posting the revised version of the Terms.
You should, therefore, periodically visit the website page to review the most current
terms.
ASSIGNMENT
We will not assign our rights and obligations under these terms to any third parties
without your authorization.
