MOTION IN LIMINE TO ADMIT EVIDENCE AGAINST DEFENDANT

NOW COMES Latabitha Bryant, Plaintiff, and brings this Motion in Limine to Admit Evidence against Defendants, and hereby avers as follows:

  1. Plaintiff would like to introduce evidence to prove his claims against Defendants.
  2. As the trial court, this Honorable Court has jurisdiction and discretion to grant this Motion in order to admit the evidence that Plaintiff has against Defendants.
  3. Rule 402 of the Federal Rules of Evidence provides as follows: “Relevant evidence is admissible unless any of the following provides otherwise: the United States Constitution; a federal statute; these rules; or other rules prescribed by the Supreme Court. Irrelevant evidence is not admissible.
  4. The exhibits that Plaintiffs intends to introduce as evidence are admissible. There is no question as to their admissibility. Therefore, it will not be an abuse of discretion if this Court grants this Motion.
  5. The exhibits that Plaintiffs would like to include are attached below.

REASONS WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Honorable Court to grant this Motion, and subsequently, sign the proposed Order attached to this Motion to that effect.
