AGENCY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
This Agency Management Agreement is entered into on __________ (hereinafter
“Effective Date”) by and between EMPYRE AGENCY (hereinafter referred to as the
“Agency”) and ____________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Model”). Together
referred to as “parties.”
WHEREAS the Parties herein agree to be legally bound by the following terms; –
1. Term.
This Agreement shall be for ___________ from the Effective date mentioned above
with a minimum working term of 6 months.
2. Services.
The parties agree that the Model shall; –
i. Submit 14 pieces of “feed” content weekly. 2.
ii. Create 3 pictures/videos for PPV content bi weekly.
iii. Post 12-18 tiktoks daily. (After 30 days 1 hr of live-streams too).
iv. Keep an open line of communication daily.
v. Livestream 1-2 times a month on OnlyFans.
vi. Provide content for nude tiktoks.
vii. Give access to the new OnlyFans account under the Agency email. After it is
verified the model will not have access unless the Agency permits it.
3. Price and Payment.
Parties agree that the Model must remit 40% of all net profit to the Agency’s bank or
paypal within the first 3 months. After the 3 months, the percentage to be remitted
will be increased fo 45%.
Payments shall be made on __________ via the following account details; –

4. Obligations of the Agency.
The Agency herein agrees to the following; –
i. Not in any way use the model’s content for any malicious activity.
ii. Using the model’s content for advertising/selling only.
iii. Offer full transparency with regards to money, strategy and current/future
decisions.
iv. Not to change or tamper with the model’s OnlyFans banking infomation.
v. Work diligently and hard to make it so that the model is content and happy
with the money being made.
5. Governing Law.
The parties herein agree that the provisions of this Agreement shall be governed in
accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
6. Confidentiality.
The parties agree and acknowledge that they will not disclose to any third parties
without the prior written consent of the other party any information that is deemed
confidential by either party.
7. Exclusivity.
The model herein agrees and acknowledges that their content will exclusively be
advertised by the Agency and not shared with any other Third Part. The Agency
However, has the right to engage other models in similar contracts.
8. Termination.
The Agency reserves the right to terminate this agreement for the following reasons
which are not limited to; –
i. If the model does not provide content on time
ii. There is miscommunication, or
iii. The models share trade secrets
9. Dispute Resolution.
If there is a dispute between the parties, the same shall be negotiated between
them, and if it fails, the dispute shall be referred to mediation.
Each party shall bear its costs.
10. Entire Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the complete Agreement between the parties and
supersedes any prior written or oral agreements or understandings.
11. Severability.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of
law, the same shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provision
shall continue in full force and effect.
12. Amendment.
In the event of any amendment or modification, the same shall be agreed upon
between the parties, put into writing, and signed by the parties.
13. Waiver.
The failure of any party to exercise any right or provision of this Agreement shall not
be considered a waiver of any prior or subsequent rights.
